new position

now that my phd studies have been done for some time, i’m glad to announce that i’ve recently accepted a postdoc-ish position at H█████ university’s math department.

while i am technically associated with prof. F████’s research group, i will mostly follow my own research projects there—this is most fortunate, and only possible because of generous funding from an entity that wants to stay anonymous. thank you, you know who you are.

anyway, this will allow me to continue some unfinished business related to the research i did during my phd, as well as embark in some exciting new directions; it’s a bit of a high risk, high reward situation, but if i wanna get tenure some day, this is necessary.
